Dr. Jan Duve is a lecturer with special responsibilities at the Chair of Music Education. His areas of expertise include teaching at the university level in the fields of music education and popular musicology. As part of his habilitation project, his current research focuses on a video study of musical learning using digital tools. He also serves as an academic advisor, representative for mid-level faculty, ERASMUS coordinator, and member of the institute’s entrance examination committee. In addition, as a board member of the “Jazzfestival TU Dortmund University” association, he organizes the annual concert festival of the same name.
