In the Downloads section, you will find detailed information about the entrance exam for the music teacher education programs and the Bachelor’s program in Music Journalism and Music Education at TU Dortmund University.

The entrance exams for the 2026–27 winter semester will be held on

June 29 through July 1, 2026

. Please register by submitting the registration form and the required attachments via email to sekretariat-musik.fk16@tu-dortmund.de or by mail to the address indicated on the form. The following deadlines apply:

for teacher education by June 1, 2026; for music journalism and music education by June 15, 2026

For Music Journalism and Music Education, there is also a late application deadline on September 9, 2026. The application deadline for this is August 15, 2026.
